Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce s názvem „Financování start-upů“ je vypracování průzkumu českého trhu ohledně možných způsobů financování. Výběr jednotlivého druhu financování start-upového projektu je stěžejním důvodem pro strategické rozhodnutí. Tedy jak se dále bude z hlediska financování projekt vyvíjet. Tímto prostředím se budu zabývat. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na kompletní popis a průběh financování Start-upů. Vymezuje pojem Start-up, fáze, sektory působnosti, inkubátory, jednotlivé formy financování standartních investičních projektů a nové formy financování. Jako hlavní druh financování start-upu jsem se zaměřila na novou formu financování - Crowdfunding. Předmětem diplomové práce a metodou porovnání crowdfundingových platforem není vytvoření modelového startupu a vyhodnocení jeho financování prostřednictvím vybraných platforem. V další části jsem využila empirický výzkum, který byl realizován pomocí dotazníkového šetření o problematice crowdfundingu a jeho vyhodnocení, tak i srovnáním dvou nejznámějších platforem v České Republice v poskytování financování nových projektů. Výsledkem diplomové práce je shrnutí, zda je český trh připraven poskytnout start-upům dostatečné prostředí pro realizaci pomocí crowdfundingu včetně financování.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis entitled "Financing of start-ups" is the elaboration of a survey of the Czech market regarding possible ways of financing. Selecting an individual type of startup project financing is a key reason for strategic decision making. So how will the project continue to be developed in terms of funding? I will deal with this environment. The diploma thesis focuses on the complete description and course of financing of Start-ups from the point of view. It defines the concept of Start-up, phase, scope, incubators, individual forms of financing of standard investment projects and new forms of financing. As the main type of start-up financing, I focused on a new form of financing - Crowdfunding. The subject of this diploma thesis and the method of comparison of crowdfunding platforms is not the creation of model startup and evaluation of its financing through selected platforms. In the next part I used the empirical research, which was realized through a questionnaire survey on crowdfunding and its evaluation, as well as comparison of the two best known platforms in the Czech Republic in providing financing for new projects. The result of this diploma thesis is a summary of whether the Czech market is ready to provide start-ups with an adequate environment for crowdfunding implementation including financing.
