Unification of employee remuneration systems when merging organizations

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sloučením systémů odměňování v návaznosti na fúzi podniků. Jejím cílem je vytvořit komplexní návrh systému odměňování, který by měl být využíván pro potřeby nástupnické společnosti CHEMIE SPOL, s r. o. Teoretická část práce na základě rešerše odborné literatury představuje ucelený pohled na problematiku odměňování zaměstnanců v korporátní společnosti v návaznosti na fúzi. V praktické části jsou na základě rozhovorů se zástupci personálních oddělení slučovaných společností a analýzy interních a externích dat porovnány systémy odměňování s teoretickými principy a také mezi sebou navzájem. Nově navrhovaný systém by měl stanovit spravedlivé mzdy, stabilizovat turbulentní prostředí a zároveň reflektovat ekonomickou realitu trhu práce.

Abstract:

This Master´s thesis deals with the unification of remuneration systems in connection with the merger of enterprises. Its aim is to create a complex design of the remuneration system, which should be used for the needs of the successor company CHEMIE SPOL. Ltd. The theoretical part of the work based on a literature review provides a comprehensive view of the issue of remuneration of employees in the corporate company following the merger. In the practical part, based on interviews with representatives of the personnel departments of merged companies and internal and external data analysis, remuneration systems with theoretical principles and between themselves are compared. The newly proposed system should set fair wages, stabilize the turbulent environment and reflect the economic reality of the labor market.
