Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou začínající učitelky v mateřské škole. Je rozčleněna na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje čtyři kapitoly. První kapitola pojednává o profesi učitele z obecného hlediska. Je zde definován pojem učitel, uvedena typologizace učitelů podle druhu a stupně škol, ve kterých učitelé působí. V této kapitole je definován také pojem kvalifikace a popsány způsoby získání kvalifikace pro profesi učitele. Druhá kapitola se zabývá učitelkou v mateřské škole, specifiky učitelství v mateřské škole, charakteristikou učitelky v mateřské škole, jejími profesními kompetencemi, rolemi, povinnostmi a činnostmi. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na začínající učitelku v mateřské škole. Je zde definován pojem začínající učitelka. V této kapitole je popsáno přípravné vzdělávání učitelek MŠ, vstup absolventky učitelství pro MŠ do profese a zejména počáteční problémy začínající učitelky. Poslední, čtvrtá, kapitola je zaměřena na samotné uvádění začínající učitelky do práce, jak v minulosti, tak v současnosti. Jsou zde uvedeny metody uvádění začínající učitelky do práce. Cílem praktické části je zjistit, analyzovat a vyhodnotit problematiku začínajících učitelek při jejich uvádění do práce v mateřské škole. Cílem je zjistit, jak probíhá uvádění začínajících učitelek do práce v mateřské škole, jaké konkrétní problémy mají začínající učitelky mateřských škol v souvislosti se svým uváděním do práce v mateřské škole a jak tuto problematiku hodnotí již zkušené učitelky mateřských škol.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of the beginning teacher in kindergarten. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part contains four chapters. The first chapter deals with the teacher's profession in general terms. The term teacher is defined here, the typology of teachers according to the kind and level of schools in which the teachers work is stated as well. This chapter also defines the concept of qualifications and describes how to obtain a qualification for the teacher's profession. The second chapter deals with the nursery teacher, the specifics of the nursery school, the characteristics of the nursery teacher, her professional competencies, roles, duties and activities. The third chapter focuses on a novice teacher at nursery school. The term "beginning teacher" is defined here. This chapter describes the preparatory education of the teachers of the kindergarten, the entry of the graduates of the teaching for the kindergarten into the profession and, in particular, the initial problems of the beginning teacher. The last, fourth, chapter is focused on the introduction of the new teacher to work, both in the past and nowadays. Here are the methods of introducing the new teacher to work. The aim of the practical part is to find out, to analyze and to evaluate the problems of beginning teachers when they are introduced to the kindergarten. The aim is to find out how the introduction of starting school teachers to kindergarten work, what particular problems the starting teachers of kindergartens have in connection with their placement in kindergarten and how these issues are evaluated by the nursery school teachers.
