Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem vlivu ztráty adeninu v TTA smyčkách na změnu struktury G-kvadruplexu tvořeného lidskou telomerní sekvencí AG3(TTAGGG)3. S využitím NMR experimentů bylo zjištěno, že stabilita struktury se mění v závislosti na pozici chybějící báze, jako nejlépe uspořádaná struktura se jevil oligonukleotid s abazickým místem v pozici 19. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis evaluates how the loss of an adenine base in TTA loops affects the structure and stability of the G-quadruplex formed by the human telomeric sequence AG3(TTAGGG)3. Using of NMR experiments we have found that the apurine lesions have different effect on this structure architecture, depending on the position of missing base.
