Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma „Inovace služeb zvoleného podniku cestovního ruchu“ se zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu nabídky poskytovaných služeb v podniku, který jsem si vybrala, na návrh inovace ve zkoumané nabídce služeb a využití této inovace k dosažení zvyšování počtu klientů a zisku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů cestovního ruchu, stravovacích zařízen a kulturně-historických objektů, ale také na vysvětlení marketingového mixu a rozšířeného marketingového mixu. V aplikační části se nachází seznámení s podnikem cestovního ruchu, jeho lokalita a organizační struktura. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření je vypracovaná analýza poskytovaných služeb a návrhy na inovaci dané nabídky, případně navržení úplně nové služby, o kterou by byl zájem. Dle řízených rozhovorů se zaměstnanci jsem monitorovala spokojenost personálu a jejich připomínky na nové služeby. Prostřednictvím dosažených výsledků těchto dvou šetření jsou navržena doporučení ke zlepšení současného stavu, návrh na inovaci poskytované služby a návrh nové služby.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis „Innovation of services in specific company aimed to tourism“ is devoted to analysis of contemporary offer status of services in a chosen company, to suggested innovation of these services and usage of the innovation to increase the number of clients and to company´s profit. Theoretical part is aimed to explanation of notions connected with tourism, catering facilities and cultural and historical objects. The concept of marketing mix and expanded marketing mix is explained as well. Aplication part includes information about the chosen company, such as its location and organizational structure. According to survey I proccessed an analysis of the services and suggested the innovation of the services offer, or I suggested a whole new service, which could be suitable. In structured interview with employees I observed the staff satisfaction and their comments about suggested services. Using the results of these two surveys the recommendation to improve the current status are proposed, innovation of services is suggested and a new service is introduced.
