Proceedings Before the Decision on Bankruptcy
Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je výklad o insolvenčním řízení se zaměřením na jednotlivé úkony v insolvenčním řízení do rozhodnutí o úpadku. Součástí práce je také projednání insolvenčního návrhu a rozhodnutí o něm. Cílem práce je přiblížit průběh insolvenčního řízení a zobrazit dopady jednotlivých právních úkonů na dlužníka i věřitele.
Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is the interpretation of the insolvency proceedings with focus on individual legal actions in insolvency proceedings until it is decided on the bankruptcy. The work also deals with consideration of the insolvency petition and also with the decision on the petition.
