The statistical analysis of compositional data.
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá modifikací vícerozměrných jádrových odhadů hustoty pro kompoziční data. Použitím metody nejmenších čtverců a aplikaci Gaussova jádra jsme porovnali sadu hustot. Teoretické výsledky jsou aplikovány na reálná kompoziční data získaná ze stránek OECD.Stat.
Abstract:
In this thesis we study modification of multivariate kernel density estimates on compositional data. Using the least-squared cross-validation method and applying the Gaussian kernel we compared the set of densities. Theoretical results are applied to real compositional data obtained from the pages of OECD.Stat.
