Retraining and chosen groups of unemployed

Abstract:

Cílem práce je zodpovězení hlavní výzkumné otázky: Jak rekvalifikační programy ovlivňují postavení vybraných skupin nezaměstnaných na trhu práce ve sledovaném regionu? Teoretická část práce se věnuje některým teoretickým konceptům nezaměstnanosti - teorii duálního trhu práce, teorii marginalizace, důsledkům, které vyplývají z dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti - rizika sociální exkluze v ekonomické a sociální dimenzi. V empirické části práce je cílem zodpovězení hlavní výzkumné otázky pomocí dílčích výzkumných otázek, které zkoumají příčiny nezaměstnanosti jednotlivých skupin nezaměstnaných v daném regionu a možnosti nezaměstnaných rekvalifikace využívat, resp. cílenost rekvalifikací na tyto nezaměstnané a efekty rekvalifikací na odchod nezaměstnaných z registrů úřadů práce a na snížení rizika dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is finding answers to the main research question: How training programs affect the situation of chosen groups of unemployed on labour market in chosen region? Theoretical part of the thesis pays attention to some theories of unemployment - theory of dual labour market, theory of marginalisation, consequences that result from long-term unemployment - risks of social exclusion in economic and social dimension. The empirical part of the thesis is focused on finding answers to the main research question by means of partial research questions that examine causes of unemployment of chosen unemployed in chosen region and possibilities for them to use training programs, respectively targetting of the training programs and their effects on the outflows from registered unemployment and reduction of long-term unemployment´s risks.
