Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze systému managementu jakosti ve vybrané organizaci. První část práce se zabývá definováním základních pojmů managementu a dále samotným systémem managementu jakosti. Další část se zaměřuje na analýzu systému managementu jakosti ve vybrané organizaci. Výsledkem celé práce je hodnocení systému a návrhy na zlepšení v organizaci.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the quality management system in a selected company. The first part deals with the definition of basic management concepts and the quality management system itself. The next part focuses on the analysis of the quality management system in a selected organization.
