The concept of professional values of teachers on the historical context of the present

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá profesními hodnotami učitelů v učitelské profesi. V teoretické části jsou popsány klíčové pojmy učitel a požadavky kladené na něj. Zmiňuji se a vymezuji učitele jako osobnost a vzhledem k požadavkům na učitele jsou zde uvedeny i role učitele, které zastává během působení ve škole. Další dvě kapitoly budou orientovány na hodnoty učitele, jejich klasifikaci a funkci hodnot. K vymezení pojmu profesních hodnot je zapotřebí se zmínit o profesi a profesionalizaci učitele. Ve výzkumné části se pomocí smíšené metodologie pokouším zjistit, jaký by měl ?dobrý? učitel být a co se od něj očekává.

Abstract:

This work deals with the professional values of teachers in the teaching profession. In the theoretical section describes the key concepts and teacher demands it. And I mention it qualifies as a person and teacher because of the demands on teachers are presented and the role of teachers, which takes effect during school. The next two chapters will focus on the values of teachers, their classification and function values. The definition of professional values is necessary to mention the profession and professionalism of teachers. In the research of using a mixed methodology of trying to find out what would have "good" teacher be, and what is expected of him.
