The importance of crime prevention in the fight against crime - Juvenile delinquency control

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku kontroly kriminality mládeže, konkrétněji zaměřenou na prevenci a preventivní programy ve Středočeském kraji. Hlavním cílem práce je na základě analýzy statistických dat a preventivních programů, zaměřených na mládež v rámci Středočeského kraje, vyhodnotit jejich efektivitu a stanovit vhodná doporučení k preventivním programům pro eliminaci rizikového jednání ze strany mládeže. Teoretická část zahrnuje popis základních použitých pojmů až po vyhodnocení statistických dat v rámci fenomenologie kriminality a detailního zpracování preventivní strategie. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na sekundární analýzu statistik mládeže ve Středočeském kraji, na analýzu preventivních programů doplněnou o rozhovory s odborníky vybraných institucí. Výstupy provedené analýzy jsou východiskem pro stanovení klíčových prvků, které by měly být implementovány do preventivních programů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of youth crime control, more specifically on prevention and prevention programmes in the Central Bohemian Region. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of the prevention programmes in the Central Bohemian Region based on the analysis of statistical data and prevention programmes aimed at youth and to determine appropriate recommendations for prevention programmes to eliminate risky behaviour on the part of youth. The theoretical part includes a description of the basic concepts used up to the evaluation of statistical data within the framework of the phenomenology of crime and detailed elaboration of the prevention strategy. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the secondary analysis of youth statistics in the Central Bohemian Region, on the analysis of prevention programmes supplemented by interviews with experts from selected institutions. The results of the analysis are the basis for determining the key elements that should be part of prevention programmes.
