Abstract:

Cílem práce je vypracování komplexního rozboru pojetí a koncepce politiky cestovního ruchu v ČR a zhodnocení období 2007-2014. Doplňkovým cílem práce je srovnání politiky cestovního ruchu v ČR a v Itálii. Práce je kromě úvodní a závěrečné části členěna do čtyř částí. První kapitola věnovaná teoreticko-metodologickým východiskům se zabývá vývojem politiky cestovního ruchu a jejími nositeli, nástroji a cíli. Druhá kapitola analyzuje strategický plánovací dokument, v němž byly vymezeny priority, cíle a vize rozvoje cestovního ruchu ve sledovaném období. Třetí kapitola zabývající se zhodnocením politiky cestovního ruchu je těžištěm práce, neboť kromě samotného vyhodnocení obsahuje také analýzu vnějších faktorů působících na cestovní ruch a poukazuje na možné směry rozvoje. Čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřena na politiku cestovního ruchu v Itálii a následnou komparaci s ČR. Závěrečná část práce sumarizuje výsledky a obsahuje hodnotící stanovisko autorky k dané problematice.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is developing a comprehensive analysis of the concept and approach to tourism policy in the Czech Republic and an evaluation of the period 2007-2014. An additional objective of the work is to compare the tourism policy in the Czech Republic and Italy. Apart from the introductory and closing parts, the work is divided into four sections. The first chapter, devoted to the theoretical and methodological background, deals with the development of tourism policy and its bearers, tools and goals. The second chapter analyzes the strategic planning of the document, in which the priorities, objectives and vision for the development of tourism in the monitored period were defined. The third chapter, dealing with evaluating tourism policy, is the focal point of the work, because in addition to the actual evaluation, it also contains an analysis of external factors affecting tourism and points to possible directions of development. The fourth chapter focuses on tourism policy in Italy and is followed by a comparison with the Czech Republic. The final part of the work summarizes the results of the evaluation and includes an evaluating opinion of the author on the given subject.
