Spravedlnost jako férovost?

Justice as fairness?
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pojmu spravedlnosti. Popisuje jeho historii od antiky po současnost s bližším pohledem na teorie dvacátého století. Z tohoto období je zde popsána teorie Johna Rawlese, která je postavena na dvou principech spravedlnosti. Druhý pohled je věnován Alasdairovi MacIntyremu, který viděl spravedlnost jako jednu ze ctností.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the term „justice“. In the first place we will see this term through history from ancient Greece to the 20th century where theories of justice became very popular. In this century we have two most important philosophers, John Rawls and Alasdair MacIntyre. John Rawls makes theory of justice as fairness. Alsadair MacIntyre has the term justice as grace.
