Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat dopad nových regulatorních pravidel na vybrané banky v České republice. The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the impact of new regulatory guidelines on a selected banks in Czech republic. Partial objective of the thesis is to evaluate, whether Basel III differs significantly from Basel II or if it only modifies some of its sections.
