Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hlavními psychologickými determinanty úspěchu v roli manažera a leadera. Zaměřuje se na hlavní charakteristiku úspěšného leadera a manažera. Následně v praktické části se tato práce zaměřuje na vzorek 80 studentů, kde formou dotazníkového šetření se zde zjišťuje, co by mohlo studentům ještě více pomoci v úspěchu v oblasti managementu a leadershipu. This bachelor thesis deals with the main psychological determinants of success in the role of manager and leader. It focuses on the main characteristics of a successful leader and manager.
