Abstract:
Práce zkoumá problematiku managementu osobního rozvoje v podmínkách veřejné správy s využitím poznatků moderního managementu. Současně se pokouší najít optimální model řízení osobního rozvoje zaměstnanců a chce zdůraznit důležitost dalšího a průběžného vzdělávání nejen profesního směru v organizacích veřejné správy.
