Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zásobovací logistika vybraného podniku působícím na dřevozpracujícím trhu. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the supply logistics of a selected company operating in the wood processing market. In the first part, the basic concepts related to logistics are defined and selected analyses and methods are presented to facilitate optimal inventory management.
