Abstract:
V první části bakalářské práce je popsán způsob oceňování nemovitostí podle cenového předpisu, kde jsou popsány základní pojmy, způsoby oceňování a dále pak aktuální změny v oceňovací vyhlášce a vybrané problémy oceňování nemovitostí. The first section describes the method of valuation of properties based on price regulation, which describes the fundamental concepts, valuation and the actual changes in the valuation and Selected Issues Decree valuation.
