Life stories of teachers after the end of their career

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá životními příběhy učitelek po konci profesní kariéry. Práce je členěna na dvě části – teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části práce se zabývám popisem profesní dráhy učitelek. V empirické části je mým cílem zodpovědět otázku, jak popisují učitelky v důchodu svoji profesní dráhu. Pro zodpovězení výzkumné otázky jsem použila kvalitativní výzkum – realizovala jsem narativní rozhovory s učitelkami v důchodu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the life story of teachers after the end of their career. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and empirical. The focus of the theoretical part is on description of career teachers. The empirical part of my goal is to answer the question of how retired teachers describe their careers. I used qualitative research and conducted narrative interview with retired teachers in order to answer the research question.
