Tato práce popisuje základní vlastnosti solárního záření a možnosti jeho využití. Dále rozebírá přírodní a technické podmínky pro vznik solárního boomu v ČR, popisuje vztah legislativy k rozpoutání solární revoluce a situaci před prudkým nárůstem slunečních elektráren. This work describes basic properties the solar radiation and the the possibility of its use. The work analyzes the natural and technical conditions for the formation of solar boom in the Czech Republic, describes the relationship of legislation to begin the solar revolution and situation before the sharp increase of solar power plants.
