This diploma thessis concentate on legal and economical problems associated with corruption. It contains interdisciplinarian definitions of essence of corruption and its attributes, types and forms specifications. Abstract:
Táto diplomová práca sa zameriava na problematiku právnych a ekonomických súvislostí korupcie. Je v nej definovaná interdisciplinárna podstata korupcie a presne rozdelené základné znaky, typológia, formy a štádiá v akých sa môže vyskytovať. Priestor je následne venovaný Mikro a Makroekonomickému uhlu pohľadu, kde sú na tvrdých dátach ukázané korupčné prejavy, šírenie a negatívne dôsledky. Ďalej práca …more
