Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá přístupem Housing First k řešení bezdomovectví rodin s dětmi. Práce slouží jako konceptuální část pro návrh projektu Housing First na území města Olomouce. V práci je také identifikována role sociálního pracovníka v rámci projektu, která by měla přispět ke zvýšení efektivity projektu. Práce obsahuje teoretické vymezení přístupu Housing First a definici základních pojmů jako rodina, bezdomovectví a sociální bydlení. Dále je téma propojeno s teoriemi a metodami sociální práce, etikou a sociální politikou. Přístup Housing First je také ukotven v legislativních dokumentech.

Abstract:

This thesis explores Housing First's approach to tackling homelessness for families with children. The thesis serves as a conceptual part for the design of the Housing First project in the city of Olomouc. The thesis also identifies the role of the social worker within the project, which should contribute to increasing the effectiveness of the project. The thesis includes a theoretical definition of the Housing First approach and a definition of basic concepts such as family, homelessness and social housing. The topic is also linked to theories and methods of social work, ethics and social policy. The Housing First approach is also anchored in legislative documents.
