Design of a massive wooden building in a low-energy standard

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na návrh masivní dřevostavby v kombinaci se zděnou stavbou. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní objekt ve svažitém terénu, kde první nadzemní podlaží je zděné a druhé nadzemní podlaží je navrženo jako roubená sendvičová konstrukce. Celková obálka budovy je navržena tak, aby splňovala požadavky nízkoenergetického standardu. Součástí je i podrobný technický popis stavby, posouzení jednotlivých konstrukcí obálky budovy z hlediska tepelné ochrany, posouzení z hlediska potřeby tepla na vytápění a cenová kalkulace stavby. K práci je přiložena výkresová dokumentace. Teoretická část je zaměřena především na typy roubených konstrukcí. Dále jsou uvedeny nejpoužívanější nárožní a vodorovné spoje související s výstavbou roubených domů. V této části jsou také stručně popsány jednotlivé typy stavebních systémů dřevostaveb.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a massive wooden building in combination with a brick building. It is a two-storey building in a sloping terrain, where the first floor is brick and the second floor is designed as a timbered sandwich structure. The overall envelope of the building is designed to meet the requirements of a low energy standard. Thesis also includes a detailed technical description of the building, an assessment of the individual structures of the building envelope in terms of thermal protection, an assessment of the heat demand and construction price calculation. Drawing documentation is attached to the thesis. The theoretical part deals mainly with the types of timber structures. The following are the most used corner and horizontal joints related to the construction of timbered houses. This section also briefly describes the various types of wooden building systems.
