Abstract:
Cílemé práce bylo zpřesnění pozice genu, jehož mutace způsobuje u Arabidopsis thaliana chlorofylově defektní fenotyp chm3. Pro rekombinační analýzu byly použity recesivně homozygotní rostliny po křížení parentálních rostlin chm3 a Landsberg erecta. Pro rekombinační mapování byly použity DNA markery typu SSLP a CAPS, bylo vyvinuto 19 nových CAPS markerů, z nichž dva byly polymorfní. Rekombinační analýzou …more

The aim of this thesis was specificating the position of the gene, whose mutation causes the chlorophyll defective phenotype chm3 in Arabidopsis thaliana. Plants, that were used for recombination analysis, were recessive homozygous plants obtained after cross of parental plants chm3 and Landsberg erecta.
