Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu systémů odměňování pracovníků ve výrobním sektoru a jejich vliv na pracovní motivaci. Cílem práce je identifikovat faktory a způsob odměn, které ovlivňují pracovní motivaci zaměstnanců v tomto odvětví a analyzovat, jak systémy odměňování mohou být efektivně navrhovány a implementovány s ohledem na zvyšování produktivity a spokojenosti pracovníků. Metodologie zahrnuje komplexní přezkum literatury, který se soustředí na teoretické základy systémů odměňování, analýzu empirických studií a rozhovory s pracovníky a manažery v rámci výrobního sektoru. Tyto metody umožnily hlubší porozumění proměnných ovlivňujících pracovní motivaci a identifikaci osvědčených postupů v oblasti odměňování. Výsledky ukazují, že kromě finančních odměn hraje klíčovou roli i uznání, flexibilní pracovní doba, pocit seberealizace i spravedlnost v systémech odměňování. Rovněž bylo zjištěno, že smysluplná práce a efektivní vedení mají pozitivní vliv na pracovní motivaci a spokojenost pracovníků. Potenciálním přínosem této práce je poskytnutí praktických doporučení pro organizace ve výrobním sektoru, jak optimalizovat své systémy odměňování a zvýšit pracovní motivaci svých zaměstnanců. Omezení výzkumu spočívají v omezeném časovém rámci a oblasti, která byla pokryta. Tato práce by mohla sloužit jako výchozí bod pro další obsahově obdobné studie s rozšířeným rozsahem a hlubším zaměřením.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the analysis of remuneration systems in the manufacturing sector and their impact on work motivation. The aim of the thesis is to identify the factors and the method of rewards that affect the work motivation of employees in this sector and to analyze how reward systems can be effectively designed and implemented with a view to increasing worker productivity and satisfaction. The methodology involves a comprehensive literature review that focuses on the theoretical underpinnings of reward systems, analysis of empirical studies and interviews with workers and managers within the manufacturing sector. These methods allowed for a deeper understanding of the variables that influence work motivation and the identification of best practices in the area of reward. The results show that, in addition to financial rewards, recognition, flexible working hours, a sense of fulfilment and equity in reward systems play a key role. It was also found that meaningful work and effective leadership have a positive impact on work motivation and employee satisfaction. The potential contribution of this paper is to provide practical recommendations for organizations in the manufacturing sector to optimize their reward systems and enhance the work motivation of their employees. The limitations of the research lie in the limited time frame and area covered. This thesis could serve as a starting point for other similar studies with a broader scope and deeper focus.
