Management of a small enterprise
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá oblasti teorie a řízení malého podniku, rozebírá formy založení malého podniku, pojednává o vlivu malého podniku na chod národního hospodářství. V praktické části jsou vytvořeny základní podklady pro vznik malého podniku. Je zde také zpracován podnikatelský záměr, jehož úkolem je vyhodnotit zpětnou vazbu a efekt založení malého podniku.
Abstract:
This bachelor work is focused on theory and management of a small company. It solves forms of foundation of the small company and its influence on the national economy. In practical part there are stated required materials for foundation of the small company. A prospectus is also created in this part, whose task is to evaluate feedback and effect of foundation of the small company.
