Strategic analysis of Mattoni 1873 a.s.

Abstract:

Obsahem této bakalářské práce strategická analýzy podniku Mattoni 1873 a.s. V práci je provedena strategická analýza společnosti a zhodnocení jejího postavení na trhu odvětví. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část čtenáři popíše a vymezí ty nejdůležitější pojmy a definice, stejně tak jako vysvětlí metody strategické analýzy, které jsou následně využity v praktické části. V praktické části jsou zmíněné metody aplikovány na společnost Mattoni 1873 a.s., jedná se o analýzu vnějšího prostředí pomocí PESTEL analýzy, analýzu vnitřních zdrojů a schopností a v neposlední řadě finanční analýzu. Všechny zjištěné poznatky jsou následně sjednoceny pomocí SWOT analýzy a je zformulované doporučení pro vývoj podniku v budoucnu.

Abstract:

The scope of this bachelor thesis is a strategic analysis of Mattoni 1873 a.s. The thesis presents a strategic analysis of the company and an evaluation of its position in the industry market. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes and defines the most important concepts and definitions for the reader, as well as explains the methods of strategic analysis, which are then used in the practical part. In the practical part, the mentioned methods are applied to Mattoni 1873 a.s., they are the analysis of the external environment by means of PESTEL analysis, the analysis of internal resources and capabilities and the financial analysis. All the findings are subsequently consolidated using SWOT analysis and recommendations for the future development of the company are formulated.
