Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je problematika systému péče o pracovníky. Práce je zaměřena na porovnání systému péče o pracovníky v podnikatelském sektoru a veřejné správě. V první části této práce je charakterizována péče o pracovníky dle zákoníku práce. Ve druhé části je provedeno porovnání konkrétních organizací. The main topic of the thesis is the issue of caring of employees. The work focuses on comparing the system of care for workers in the private sector with public administration. At the first part is characterized care of workers by the Labour Code. In the second part is realized the comparison of specific organizations.
