Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozdíly v odměňování a motivaci v generaci X a Y. Jejím cílem je zjistit, zda zástupci výše zmíněných generací pohlížejí na pracovní motivaci a odměny v zaměstnání rozdílně. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. This bachelor's thesis deals with the differences in remuneration and motivation in generations X and Y.
