Abstract:

Úkolem bakalářské práce je charakteristika úkonů, souvisejících s nástupem nového pracovníka v podnikatelské sféře a ve veřejné službě a správě a výpočtu mezd a platů. Teoretická část se věnuje vysvětlení platných paragrafů a ustanovení zákoníku práce v dané oblasti. Aplikační část se věnuje rozdílům v jednotlivých sférách. Dále obsahuje výpočet mzdy zaměstnance v jednotlivých sférách. V závěru je provedeno sebehodnocení zaměstnanců jak v podnikatelské sféře, tak i ve veřejné službě a správě.

Abstract:

The task of the thesis is characteristic of operations related to the new employee in the private sector and in public service and administration, and the calculation of wages and salaries. The theoretical part is devoted to an explanation of the applicable sections and provisions of the Labour Code in the field. The application part is devoted to differences in individual spheres. It also includes calculation of payroll employees in various spheres. In conclusion the self-esteem of employees both in the private sector as well as in public services and administration.
