In this discussion we will try to understand what is currently the best rehabilitation proposal to adopt for an Achilles tendon rupture. Starting with a brief review of physiology, anatomy and biomechanics, passing through the analysis of the processes and dynamics that could be responsible for this injury. In questa discussione cercheremo di capire quale sia attualmente la migliore proposta di riabilitazione da adottare ad una rottura del tendine d'Achille.
