Alcoholism as a maladaptation to a crisis situation in connection with its prevention in lower secondary school

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá alkoholismem jako maladaptací na krizovou situaci v souvislosti s prevencí na ZŠ. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit a popsat alkoholismus jako specifickou maladaptaci na krizovou situaci. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na tři části. První z nich se věnuje vymezení krize, etiologii krizí, dále typologii krizí, adaptivním a maladaptivním strategiím a také pomoci v krizi či krizové situaci. Druhá kapitola uvádí problematiku alkoholismu, jsou zde popsány účinky alkoholu, typy a vývoj alkoholismu, etiologie, důsledky nadužívání alkoholu, možnosti léčby a také prevence alkoholismu se zaměřením na ZŠ. Poslední část práce popisuje výzkumné šetření, kde jsou uvedené cíle výzkumu, jeho metodika, charakteristika výzkumného vzorku, interpretace výsledků a v závěru také pedagogická implikace a soubor pěti metodických příprav, které lze využít na 2. stupni základní školy v předmětu výchova ke zdraví.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with alcoholism as a maladaptation to a crisis situation in connection with prevention in lower secondary school. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to identify and describe alcoholism as a specific maladaptation to a crisis situation. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The first of them deals with the definition of the crisis, the etiology of crises, then the typology of crises, adaptive and maladaptive strategies, as well as assistance in a crisis or crisis situation. The second chapter presents the issue of alcoholism, describes the effects of alcohol, types and development of alcoholism, etiology, consequences of alcohol abuse, treatment options and prevention of alcoholism with a focus on lower secondary schools. The last part of the thesis describes the research survey, which lists the objectives of the research, its methodology, characteristics of the research sample, interpretation of results and finally the pedagogical implications and a set of five methodological preparations that can be used in lower secondary school in health education.
