Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on comparison of Yorkshire native speakers' pronunciation with Received Pronunciation and discloses up to what extent Yorkshire traditional phonetic features are represented in modern Yorkshire speech. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na srovnání výslovnosti Yorkshirských rodilých mluvčích se standardní anglickou výslovností a zjišťuje, jak hojně jsou v novodobé yorkshirské řeči zastoupeny její tradiční fonetické vlastnosti.
