Strategic and Financial Analysis and Valuation of the Enterprise

Abstract:

The objective of the bachelor thesis is to compile strategic analysis and financial analysis of the company Neubauer a Syn, spol. s. r. o., and subsequently determine its value as of 31th December 2012. The hypothesis is that the computed overall valuation result exceeds the amount of 10.000.000 CZK. The theoretical part of the thesis embraces the fundamentals of strategic analysis, financial analysis and business valuation. The application part of the bachelor thesis introduces the company, analyses its external and internal environment potential, assess its financial past and current performance. Subsequently, on the basis of the strategic and financial analysis, I evaluate the company’s probable and achievable market value as of 31th December 2012. As a conclusion I compare the resulting value with my hypothesis.
