The objective of the bachelor thesis is to compile strategic analysis and financial analysis of the company Neubauer a Syn, spol. s. r. o., and subsequently determine its value as of 31th December 2012. The hypothesis is that the computed overall valuation result exceeds the amount of 10.000.000 CZK.
