Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rekonstrukci prsu po mastektomii. Práce nejprve seznamuje s nádorovým onemocněním prsu. Uvádí symptomatologii, diagnostiku a léčbu karcinomu prsu. Dále seznamuje s psychosociálním aspektem onemocnění a možností rekonstrukce prsu. Popisuje různé metody rekonstrukčních zákroků a pooperační péči a rekonvalescenci. The thesis is focused on breast reconstruction after mastectomy. The work presents the first breast cancer. Features symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Furthermore acquainted with psycho-social aspect of the disease and the possibility of breast reconstruction.
