Current legal regulations in wine technology

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce byla vypracována v letech 2022-2023 na Ústavu posklizňové technologie Zahradnické fakulty v Lednici Mendelovy Univerzity v Brně. Cílem práce bylo popsat a pojednat o aktuálních platných a účinných právních předpisech Evropské Unie a České republiky, kterými se řídí výroba a prodej vína v České republice, a zpracovat přehled povinností vinaře vyplývající z popisovaných právních předpisů. V první části práce je pojednáno o aktuálních právních povinnostech a právech vinařů vyplývajících z právních předpisů EU, v relevantních případech jsou uváděny i právní předpisy ČR a OIV. Ve druhé části je obdobně pojednáno o právech a povinnostech vinařů vyplívajících z právních předpisů ČR. Ve třetí části jsou prezentovány vlastní názory autora vč. sestavení přehledu povinností vinaře.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis was written in the years 2022-2023 at the Institute of Postharvest Technology, Faculty of Horticulture, Mendel University in Brno. The aim of the thesis was to describe and discuss the current valid and effective legislation of the European Union and the Czech Republic governing the production and sale of wine in the Czech Republic and to provide an overview of the obligations of the winemaker arising from the described legislation. In the first part of the thesis, the current legal rights and obligations of winemakers arising from EU legislation are discussed; where relevant, the legislation of the Czech Republic and the OIV are also mentioned. In the second part, the rights and obligations of winemakers under Czech legislation are similarly discussed. In the third part, the author's own views are presented, including an overview of the obligations of winemakers.
