Abstract:

Bachelor’s thesis, which we have chosen, it talks about security agreement as a safety measure. Goal of this thesis is to characterize security agreement, its types and specifics, which can be found in firm as a part of it. We divided our bachelor’s thesis into three chapters. In first chapter we will talk about the origin of security agreement and lien, we will elaborate on development of lien and security agreement from Roman times. In second chapter we will analyze the security agreement, where we can come across it and what you can put a lien on. In third and also the last chapter we will talk about what the security agreement should contain in practice, by this we will how to secure all interested parties.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca, ktorej sme sa rozhodli venovať sa zaoberá záložnou zmluvou ako zabezpečovacím inštitútom. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je charakteristika záložnej zmluvy, jej typov a osobitostí, ktoré sa môžu vyskytovať aj v podniku ako jeho súčasť. Bakalársku prácu sme rozdelili na tri kapitoly. V prvej kapitole sa budeme zaoberať genézou záložnej zmluvy a záložného práva, rozoberieme si vývoj záložného práva aj zmluvy ešte z čias Ríma. V druhej kapitole budeme robiť analýzu záložnej zmluvy, kde sa s ňou môžeme stretnúť a taktiež čo môžu byť veci zálohu. A nakoniec v tretej, teda poslednej kapitole, sa budeme venovať náležitostiam záložnej zmluvy v praxi, čím poukážeme aj na zabezpečenie a ochranu zmluvných strán.
