Possibilities and threats of electronic monitoring firm activities

Abstract:

Tato práce přibližuje důležitost bezpečnostní politiky pro firmu, přičemž popisuje způsob jejího vypracování, správnou strukturu i následnou implementaci do činnosti firmy. Blíže se věnuje vysoce rozvíjející se oblasti počítačové a komunikační bezpečnosti, kterou je spyware. Tato část je narozdíl od hrozby v podobě virů méně známá, avšak co do ohrožení firmy stejně nebezpečná, ne-li nebezpečnější. Je to dáno zejména neznalostí problematiky a v jejím důsledku nulovou ochranou před ní. Cílem práce je tento nedostatek odstranit a pomocí závěrů a doporučení z ní vyplývajících přispět k vyšší bezpečnosti firmy.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the importance of the safety policy for a company and describes the process of its construction, its proper structure and following implementation into the company{\crq}s activity. The thesis takes a closer look at the up-and-coming area of computers and communication safety, the ``spyware{\crqq}. Unlike the threat of viruses, this area is not so widely known, yet equally or even more dangerous. That is mainly owing to the ignorance of these problems resulting in zero protection. The aim of this thesis is to eliminate this drawback and by conclusions and recommendations to also contribute to a higher level of the company{\crq}s safety.
