Identification of the breast canceres optimal radiation techniques with regard to interfraction movements

Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáváním dozimetrických parametrů ozařovacích technik (3D-CRT a IMRT) v léčbě karcinomu prsu. IMRT může zlepšit dávkovou homogenitu v ozařovaném prsu, ale při pohybu pacienta může dojít k výraznějšímu zhoršení dávkové homogenity oproti 3D-CRT. Abstract:
The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the comparison of dosimetric parameters of irradiation techniques (3D-CRT and IMRT) in the treatment of breast carcinoma. IMRT can improve dose rate homogeneity in the irradiated breast, but when the patient is moving, it may result in more pronounced deterioration of dose rate homogeneity as compared to 3D-CRT.
