Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je feminizace a maskulinizace pracovních pozic ve zdravotnictví. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit názory pracovníků lékařských a nelékařských pozic na feminizaci a maskulinizaci ve zdravotnictví. Práce je strukturovaná na dvě části - teoretickou a empirickou. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is feminization and maskulinization of jobs in healthcare. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out opinions of workers in medical and non-medical positions on feminization and masculinization in healthcare.
