Abstract:

V absolventské práci se budu zabývat tématem „Personální činnost podniku“, jejímž cílem bude komplexní zpracování personalistiky, zjistit strukturu zaměstnanců dané personální agentury, vytvořit doporučení, na které zaměstnance by se agentura práce měla zaměřit a na základě rozhovoru, který povedu s kolegy zjistit, jaké jsou nejčastější problémy u agenturního zaměstnávání, ať už českých zaměstnanců nebo cizinců.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis titled Personnel activities of the company is to research the structure of the personnel agency and compare it with other personnel agencies that operate in the Czech labor market. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals mainly with the personnel activities of the company. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the personnel agency, and their agency employees and presents a set of recommendations for the personnel agency to focus on the most comprehensive structure of agency employees.
