Cieľom bakalárskej práce je navrhnúť gastronomickú akciu, a zároveň vybraný trend aplikovať do ponuky reštaurácie Artemis. Teoretická časť je zameraná na pojmy spojené s produktom reštaurácie a s vybranými trendami. Návrh gastronomickej akcie zahŕňa prípravnú a realizačnú fázu, vrátane spracovania nákladovej stránky akcie, návrhu degustačnej večere párovanej s vínami, prácu s kalkuláciami. V praktickej …more
