The Approach to Work with Clients in a Selected Organisation or a Social worker in the Role of a Clerk

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá pozicí sociálních pracovníků, kteří působí rámci organizace v Našem případě v roli úředníka. Obsahem je teoretická část, která popisuje danou organizaci, typologie sociálních pracovníků, dilemata, se kterými se pracovníci při naplňování potřeb klienta setkávají a v neposlední řadě jaká jsou na sociálního pracovníka očekávání. Práce popisuje základní teoretické poznatky z oblasti sociální práce a také při rozhodování o dávkách. Řešena je především problematika očekávání od sociálních pracovníků v organizaci. Výzkumná část práce obsahuje metodologii provedeného šetření, zkoumajícího postavení současného postavení sociálních pracovníků v roli úředníků dané organizace a také výsledky výzkumu. Důraz je přitom kladen na výkon sociální práce při naplňování potřeb klienta v souladu s očekáváním. Zkoumány jsou také důvody, proč se sociální pracovníci setkávají s dilematy a která dilemata ke přímo ovlivňují. Závěrečná část výzkumu pak byla zaměřena na zjištění názorů na prospěšnost sociálního pracovníka v roli úředníka a zda se sociální práce nedostává do pozadí.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the position of social workers who work within the organization, in our case the role of the official. The content is the theoretical part, which describes the organization typology of social workers, dilemmas, which the staff in meeting the needs of the client encounter and finally what are the social worker expectations. This work describes the basic theoretical knowledge in social work and decision-making on benefits. Is primarily addressed the issue of social expectations of the organization. The research methodology includes the investigation carried out investigating the status of the current status of social workers in the role of officials of the organization, as well as research results. Emphasis is put on the performance of social work in meeting the needs of the client in line with expectations. Also examined are the reasons why social workers face the dilemmas and the dilemmas that directly affect them. The final part of this research, was aimed at identifying the views on the usefulness of the social worker as an officer and whether the social work lacking in the background.
