Tato práce je zaměřena na spokojenost pacientů s čekárnami zdravotnického zařízení a také se zabývá dodržováním etických aspektů. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice dnešních čekáren a vymezuje etické aspekty v čekárnách zdravotnických zařízení. This diploma thesis is aimed at patient satisfaction with waiting rooms in a health care facility. It also deals with observance of ethical aspects. The theoretical part is dedicated to today's waiting room issues and specifies ethical aspects in waiting rooms in health care facilities.
