Abstract:

Absolventská práce je projektem Pod Slupkou Banánů, který se bude uskutečňovat na území Prahy. Cílem projektu je vytvořit spolek, který bude sdružovat Banánové děti a bude spolupracovat i s jejich rodiči, aby došlo k vzájemné komunikaci mezi generacemi a pochopení. Na začátku práce přibližuji téma Fenomén Banánových děti, kde mimo jiné popisuji i stručnou historii příchodů Vietnamců na území České republiky před rokem 1989 a po něm. Ve druhé kapitole se zabývám spolkem, kde uvádím jeho náležitosti pro založení, členství a zánik členství a také organizaci a řízení spolku. Třetí kapitola se zabývá tím, co je projekt a jaké jsou jeho atributy. V návaznosti na projekt popisuji, co je projektové řízení a poté uvedu fáze životního cyklu projektu. Poslední kapitola je nejrozsáhlejší, kde jsem získané poznatky z teoretické části využila k vytvoření předprojektové fáze projektu Pod Slupkou Banánů.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis is the project Pod Slupkou Bananu, which will take place in Prague. The aim of the project is to create an association that will bring together Banana children and will also work with their parents to ensure mutual communication between the generations and understanding. At the beginning of the work, I approach the topic of the Phenomenon of Banana Children, where, among other things, I describe a brief history of the arrival of Vietnamese in the Czech Republic before 1989 and after. In the second chapter I deal with the association, where I state its requirements for the establishment, membership and termination of membership, as well as the organization and management of the association. The third chapter deals with what a project is and what its attributes are. Following the project, I describe what project management is and then state the phases of the project life cycle. The last chapter is the most extensive, where I used the knowledge gained from the theoretical part to create a pre-project phase of the project Pod Slupkou Bananu.
