Bakalářská práce je teoreticko-empirického charakteru a zaměřuje se na rozdíly v interakci s dětmi předškolního věku mezi učitelkou-ženou a učitelem-mužem. Teoretická část stručně objasňuje problematiku feminizace školství včetně jejího dopadu na dítě. The bachelor thesis has theoretical-empirical character and focuses on different interactions with preschool children between female teacher and male teacher. The theoretical part briefly explains the issue of feminization of teaching and its impact on preschool children.
