Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákupní, prodejní a kooperační činnosti ve firmě Loma Systems s. r. o. divize INSTRON CZ, která se zabývá všeobecnou strojírenskou výrobou. Hlavním cílem práce je na základě zjištěných poznatků navrhnout případná zlepšení týkající se těchto oblastí. Presented bachelor thesis analyzes buying, selling and cooperating processes in the company Loma Systems s. r. o. division INSTRON CZ, which deals with general engineering. The main object of this thesis is based on the findings propose any improvements in these areas.
