Process Analysis of Employees Leading within Fictitious Firm

Abstract:

ANOTACE Na základě analýzy metod a stylů vedení lidí objasnit podstatu této práce a některé závěry aplikovat do praxe v českých podmínkách. Chtěl jsem odpovědět na důležité otázky, které zabezpečují prosperitu firmy: Co manažerovi zajistí úspěch? Jak má manažer jednat s lidmi? Existuje nejefektivnější styl vedení, který by vyhovoval všem skupinám pracovníků a všem situacím? Jakou roli v podniku hraje motivace? Kdo jsou globální vůdcové? Pokusil jsem se sestavit praktické testy objasňující manažerům, jaký styl vedení používají v praxi. Na základě teoretických poznatků a jejich aplikace v praxi jsem se snažil o nastínění dalšího vývoje této problematiky, která je, dle mého názoru, velmi zajímavá a je hodna zasloužené pozornosti. Došel jsem opětovně ke zjištění, neexistuje žádný jediný nejlepší přístup k vedení lidí. Někteří vedoucí pracovníci uspěli s autokratickým a energetickým přístupem. Jiní měli úspěch s tím, že svým spolupracovníkům poskytli k vykonávání práce široké pravomoci. V teoretickém a praktickém přístupu manažerského stylu jsou značné rozdíly. Uvedené terorie mají relativní platnost, jelikož samotný manažer neuplatňuje pouze jeden styl vedení. Manažer musí být schopen zvolit a dobře v praxi uplatnit vhodný styl z co neširší škály možností. Čím je v tomto směru pružnější, a čím je širší jeho osobní spektrum volitelných stylů vedení, tím může být v praxi úspěšnější .

Abstract:

Based on the analysis methods and styles of leadership to clarify the nature of this work and some conclusions apply to practice in the Czech conditions. I wanted to answer important questions that ensure the prosperity of the company: What manager will ensure success? How does a manager deal with people? There is effective leadership style that would suit all groups of workers and to all situations? What role the company plays in the motivation? Who are the global leaders? I tried to build a practical test managers to explain what leadership style in practice. On the basis of theoretical knowledge and its application in practice, I tried to outline the further development of this issue, which is, in my view very interesting and worthy of the attention they deserve. I come again to establish that there is no single best approach to leadership. Some managers have succeeded with the autocratic attitude and energy. Others have had success with it, that my co-workers to perform the work provided wide powers. The theoretical and practical approach management style are significant differences. That terorie have a relative validity period as manager of itself does not apply only one style of leadership. The manager must be able to choose a good practice to apply the appropriate style of what neširší range of options. The more flexible in this regard, and what wider range of electives his personal leadership style, it may in practice be successful.
