Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pojistných podvodu ve vybraných pojišťovnách. Předmětem teoretické části jsou epistemologická východiska. Tato část se zabývá samotným pojmem pojistného podvodu od historie po současnost. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of insurance fraud in selected insurance companies. The subject of the theoretical part is epistemological starting points.
